Enchanted
Switzerland has enchanted me
Such beauty is beyond me
Captures
And captivates me
Switzerland has enchanted me
The sun is shining
Snow-capped mountains gleaming
Aesthetics beaming
Oh Switzerland
You have enchanted me
Captured and captivated me
Your snow-capped mountains
Enthral and reassure me
Green rolling hills sooth me
Quaint little houses entertain me
Rough rugged peaks
Confront and challenge me
Great high Alps
Mystify me
Clanging cow bells
Cheer me
Strict structures contain me
Your beauty changed me
Moved and rearranged me
Like the forces that produced you
You have had that effect on me too
And I am grateful that you’re you
And now that I’m me too
What a gift you give
So true
